Shipping can and usually takes 15 or more days, if it takes longer there will always be an update here.

LP mailers ,the records will ship in a standard lp mailer, don't request special mailers.

Items damaged in transit- I have no control over what's done to a package once it leaves my hands, I do my best to make sure all mailers strong enough to protect the merchandise, that being said, if you want to insure your item, please contact me for costs.
There is no insurance for overseas packages, and I take no responsabilty for customs agents opening/damaging packages, and there is nothing that I can do about that.

European buyers- There is an import tax that varries that you are responsible for. Please do not contact me regarding these costs. I have no control over what's charged.

Return To Sender-
If I get your package back, you will be responsible for postage to ship it out again, no refunds will be issued for return to sender items. That being said, please make sure your address is correct.

US/Fporeign shipping rates have gone up again, there is nothing that I can do about this.

I rarely look at messages on Instagram, if you have any questions regarding releases, wholesale,shipping etc...send them to [email protected] for some reason, I don't get messages sent from the storenvy application.

Distro tapes, from time to time I get tapes/cds/cdr's from other labels or bands. I cannot promise that these tapescds/cdr's sound "good", I don't accept returns/give refunds for distorted tapes. I,like you you all, buy at risk.

Pre orders- I have not,nor will I ever do pre orders. From what I have seen of many pre orders,if something can go wrong, it does, and that leaves you waiting for something that I never had in my hands to sell you, this dose not sit well with me.
